Interior/Exterior layouts

Ok, time to start a new discussion. It would be really interesting to see how other people have set up the boats, both interior and exterior. I am looking to get inspired for some new projects. Are there any good ideas out there for layout (backstay adjustments, outboard motor mounts, interior improvements)? Anything? I would love to see some pictures of what other boats look like
