Interior Paint

Not for a 32-1, but getting close to painting interior of my E26. It's sanded down to f/g. I have purchased some marine epoxy (1-step), local boatbuilder suggested adding a biocide to it. Know of any? Or should I bite the bullet and purchase new paint.

I'm in MA, our season is 4-5 months. My boat sits on mooring about 100 yd from shore, somewhat exposed harbor. Have 2 vents, but as the boat is out there, pretty much stays buttoned up, sometimes 2 weeks may pass before I go out.
After season, boat is trailered away, covered with tarp for 7 months.
Open to suggestions/recommendations.
